U2 and Jay-Z team up for 360 tour
August 29th, 2010Jay-Z will come with U2 on their 360 Tour in Australia. He is comming as a special guest on their performance. This will not be the first time they have joined forces on stage, they both played along with Rihanna when they were doing the telethon “Hope for Haiti Now”. U2 and Jay-Z proved that music can be heavyweight when doing a charity song and then they got on top 10 list on Forbes magazine list for the top earnings worlds musicians.

Jay-Z was named as a hip hop top earner in 2009-2010 with $63 million while U2 got the top earning band tour, for 2009 Irish rockers earned $300 million. According to Billboards they will become the top grossing tour in history, passing Rolling Stones’ tour in 2005-2007 with there $558 million.
The 360 Tour will be first concert that is promoted by Live Nation Australia. This is the five-city tour and they will begin with Auckland’s Mount Smart Stadium in 25 November crossing there ways trough amphitheaters, also stoping in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and it will finish in Perth’s Subiaco Oval in 18 December.
You can buy tickets next month 3 September in general stores, but pre-sales opportunity will get only U2.com subscribers.
So back to rapper Jay-Z, he is not only performing shows with U2, he acctually everywhere. These days he was performing shows with Eminem, also appearing on Black Ball New York (NY) event and now he is joining U2 rockers on stage for 360 Australian Tour. Those who cant go on concert, well you will have a chance listen them on the upcomming CD from Australia Tour.
Tickets for all concerts or this tour will come up on 3 September. There prize will be $39.90, and around 45% tickets will be prized under $100 so hurry up and gather your money for tickets while they are cheap.
