The band has been traveling across the world staging live shows and concerts, however all the money they earn from these shows does not go into their pockets. The band has been highlighting human rights since the outset and money from their shows is donated for note worthy causes.

This organization stresses on adoption, foster care, orphans, AIDS and poverty. This organization has been instrumental in getting together world leaders to finance their projects on AIDS, which deal with care of orphans suffering from AIDS and access to AIDS drugs.

This is an international organization that clamors its voices to stop internationally acclaimed acts of violence.

DATA (debt, AIDS, trade, Africa)
This organization is headed by Bono and aims at ridding Africa of AIDS and poverty. It also aims at establishing an improved trade flow with other countries.

This organization works with children suffering from learning disabilities. The basic endeavor of this organization is to end the discrimination and prejudice and provide services to such people.

This organization as we know deals with factors and issues that are harmful to our environment.

The holly rod foundation extends its services to those who are suffering from health problems like Parkinson’s disease.
To provide donations to the above mentioned charities U2 holds live concerts and shows. During these shows some of the best seats are auctioned and the proceeds thus garnered are sent towards charity needs.
